The partners of McCutchen Blanton Hopkins & Campbell, LLP became prominent in consumer class action litigation, serving as co-lead counsel for plaintiffs in several large cases, including cases brought against banks, health insurance companies, life insurance companies, and officers and directors of such companies.  Our attorneys have also represented plaintiffs in numerous national class actions, including handling cases in Maine, Louisiana, and other states.
