Catastrophic Injury Litigation

The attorneys in this firm have experience representing individuals who have been injured from tractor-trailer accidents, railroad-crossing accidents, and automobile accidents.   We understand that catastrophic injury cases require a coalition with economists and vocational rehabilitation experts who assist in determining the full scope of a person’s injuries.   We ensure that the necessary expert witnesses are prepared and available for your trial to explain your injuries and economic losses to a jury.

Class Action Litigation

The attorneys in this firm have extensive experience in the representation of consumers, investors, businesses, and others in class actions involving consumer rights, unfair competition, and other claims.

Family Law Litigation

The firm represents parties in family law matters, including divorce and custody cases.  We are familiar with the specialized skills needed to take our clients from the temporary relief phase to final hearings. We understand that some cases require forensic accountants and other investigators to obtain valuable knowledge to pursue and defend these family law disputes.   We also have the pleasure of handling adoptions and name change applications.   Due to the tragedies of September 11th there are additional requirements for changing your name, so make sure you consult with us before you begin this process.

Pharmaceutical Industry Litigation

The firm represents patients and state governments in actions against the Pharmaceutical Industry. We are presently involved in actions against major pharmaceutical companies for overcharging State Medicaid agencies and State Insurance Plans by reporting false average wholesale prices (“AWP”) of their drugs.  Thousands of Americans die every year from prescription drug reactions, some of which could have been prevented with proper research and warning.  We understand pharmacology and what constitutes proper warnings and labeling.

Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home Litigation

Medical negligence or "malpractice" occurs when a physician or healthcare provider either fails to do something that should have been done or does something that should not have been done which results in injury or death. Doctors and other health-care providers must follow certain standards when caring for patients. Our medical malpractice trial lawyers understand medicine and science, which are critical to prosecuting these types of cases. Our attorneys are skilled in dealing with medical expert witnesses and the medical causation issues typically present in these cases. Based upon our experience and resources, we can help clients determine whether or not malpractice has occurred when someone is injured as a result of negligence or misconduct of individuals in the dental, medical, surgical, hospital, and other health professional fields.
